It is Koh Samui's only full international-style shopping mall: roughly 90,000 sqm of retail space across three storeys and more than 200 shops, built around a "Reminiscence of Southern Lifestyle" theme with distinct zones including the ferry-terminal-inspired Chaweng Port, the Sino-Portuguese-styled Birdcage Zone, and the Beach Town Market dining and cinema zone. For residents it is the default stop for imported groceries, a proper cinema trip or a rainy-day errand run in one air-conditioned building.
