June is a co-founder of BAANLYY, a Thai national and a lifelong property investor. She has invested in land, condominiums and houses, and holds them across both long-term and short-term rental. She manages the family’s own Thailand property — Kirby’s portfolio and the wider family’s — end to end: tenants, juristic offices, maintenance, renewals and the paperwork that comes with all of it.

June owns and runs a dairy business that supplies milk to more than 350 schools across Bangkok and the outlying provinces. It is a working logistics operation with real routes, real deadlines and real accountability to the schools it serves — and it is a large part of why the operational side of BAANLYY is hers.
