• We copy photos onto our servers so they keep loading.
• We update about once a day from the same URL.
• If a listing is missing from two daily runs, we take it off the site.
• This is free, always.

A URL that returns your current listings (not a login page). Email it to hello@baanlyy.com with the format if you know it. We will plug it into the same engine that already reads XML2U Default feeds.

XML2U feed link

If your software already publishes an XML2U Default file (the shape Siam and other Thai agencies use), send us that URL. We read each <Property> block, map sale versus rent, and skip rows we cannot place (no price, hotel, unknown type, and the same price sanity bands as the rest of the site).

Kyero feed

Kyero v3 is an XML file that starts with <kyero><feed_version>3</feed_version> and then one <property> per listing. We read id, price, price_freq (sale or month), type, town, coordinates, beds, baths, plot and built sizes, photos, English and other-language descriptions, and features. leasehold and part_ownership map to tenure only when the feed says so; otherwise tenure is unknown. A pool flag becomes the pool amenity.

BAANLYY JSON

Our own documented shape, version 1: an object with version: 1 and a listings array. Required on each listing: ref, deal (rent or sale), type, title, price, city. Optional: description, currency (defaults to THB), area, lat/lng, bedrooms, bathrooms, sizes, floor, year built, tenure, furnishing, amenities, photos, your listing URL, status. Status other than available (sold, let, withdrawn) counts as not available.

CSV or Google Sheet link

A CSV file at a URL, or a Google Sheet you can share. We turn a Sheet share link into its CSV export automatically. Headers are matched without caring about capital letters or spaces. You can use the same column names as the dashboard importer (title, ptype, listingType, price, beds, baths, sqm, …) plus the newer fields (ref, city, lat, photos, tenure, and so on). There is no 200-row cap on this path — the engine stops at 5,000 listings per run.

Download the CSV template (two fictional example rows — delete them before you send the file).
