Andaman Cove - Modern 3 Bedroom Condominium For Sale with Sea-Views from the Communal Facilities in Rawai

The thing that I like most regarding this apartment is how the bright coloured furniture and strategic lighting really blends with the white tiled floors and white painted walls. The lounge is home to a massive summer coloured settee and cushions alongside a host of wooden fixtures and fittings. From communal terrace, the communal swimming pool looks to have been submerged by the sea, creating a startling effect. The dining room and modern western kitchen are combined to create a spacious area, with a majestic 6-seat solid wooden dining table and wooden kitchen units within the light toned decor. The table provides a rustic feel to the surroundings, and I love the way the designers have used excellent contrast with their shades of colour. The western kitchen is also equipped with a host of appliances such as a stovetop, oven and microwave. The three ensuite bedrooms also blend together the light tones, with colourful trimmings and relaxing lighting. The smatterings of pinks and yellows against the white backdrop and down-lit ambiance create a perfect atmosphere doze away in the condo of your dreams. The Master bedroom sports a large double bed, built-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a deep bathtub. The guest bedrooms own two single beds or a double bed, built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms offering shower facilities. From the two balconies you can overlook the communal facilities that include a gymnasium, external Jacuzzi, swimming pool (within touching distance of the sea), a spa and sauna. There is also estate security provided, tropical gardens and a large car park. This magnificent package is available for purchase with Chanote title deeds, through Freehold and Foreign Freehold terms. Rawai is a quiet and scenic area to live, but within close proximity to numerous beaches, international restaurants, bars and nearby shopping facilities. When I talk about Rawai, I normally say you receive the best of both worlds - tranquillity with amenities. Rawai is situated at the southernmost tip of this beautiful island and is quickly gaining a glittering reputation as one of the fastest growing tourist destination. - Living Room - Water Heater - Sea View - Dining Room - Air-conditioners - Fully Furnished - Bedrooms - Bathrooms - Bathrooms Ensuite - Sala - Car Port - Western Kitchen - Estate security - Built in wardrobe - Sauna - Spa - Balcony - Garden - Gym - Chanote - Jacuzzi External - Mains Water - Electricity - Septic Tank - Water Filtration - Secure Estate - CAM - Parking Space
