Villa Amaze - World Class Luxury Living at Chaweng Noi, North East of Koh Samui

This recently constructed 5-bedroom wonder boasts one of the island's most breathtaking vistas, with nearly 360-degree views of Chaweng Beach and its constantly changing waves that give the area an almost mystical beauty. The huge terraces and large amounts of glass that fully open to the outside take use of this special situation. Large couches are installed in the main living area's magnificent open-air arrangement, and the exquisite dining table accommodates up to 10 people. The kitchen is basic in design but has high-end appliances throughout, a waterfall top island for plenty of prep space, and is built into a natural rock formation. There are lots of recreational activities for everyone in your company, and a pool table and sitting area are nestled into a window-wrapped alcove while still being part of the spacious common space. A magnificent curved staircase leads up to the exclusive master wing to the left of the entrance. A lily pond greets you at the landing before solid wood doors open to beckon you within the lavish depths of this secluded sea-view oasis. Dramatic views make a grand statement in this palatial suite with private balcony accessed from the bedroom as well as the dedicated ensuite bath. There is also a separate sun terrace with dimensions grand enough to easily accommodate a private sala or posh outdoor lounge set. The spacious ensuite bathroom is located on the opposite side of the master bedroom and features a wonderful no-threshold shower, a soothing soaking tub, and direct garden access that leads back to the entrance courtyard. A magnificent guest bedroom very remote from the main parts of the house, also claiming its own top wing, is located at the opposite end and has sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony. Built-in seating, a custom vanity/desk, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bath with a rainfall shower, a freestanding soaking tub, and a sleek double basin sink are all included in this room. The villa’s main terrace extends from the home toward the sea for sun-splashed days and balmy nights overlooking an endlessly captivating seascape. An infinity edge pool and spa with water feature stretches toward the horizon, while elegant built-in seating aside the pool invites you to bask in a tropical sun-soaked aspect in posh comfort. This terrace yields to a wooden oceanfront sundeck, well suited for evening cocktails with private massage sala. The expansive outside patio on the opposite side of the pool has seamless glass railings and can easily host weddings and other sizable parties. A unique outdoor stairway descends via a magical "hidden garden" with secluded sitting space and into a separate third bedroom suite that opens wide to the lavish ocean views via glass doors. Salty fresh sea breezes flow through the open-concept design to a second upper terrace. Amazing 2-bedroom flat with its own private door is tucked beneath the property. You reach a pair of solid wood doors that open onto a large open concept layout with stunning wood-look vinyl floors and wall-to-wall glass windows after ascending a set of steps leading from the courtyard. Currently configured in studio style, the master bedroom is open to the kitchenette, dining area, and built-in stadium seating with views of the enormous azure ocean. For privacy, this can be easily blocked off. Within the master’s ensuite bathroom is a custom built-in shower that truly feels like a spa-like retreat. There is yet another bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom at the opposite side of the apartment. This amazing house guarantees stunning views day and night, even when it rains, thanks to its exceptional location on a hillside with flat plains of beautiful gardens and wide lawns.
