Public University Campus · founded 2003 · Hua Hin
Suan Dusit's Hua Hin campus was established in 2003 as the "Suan Dusit Rajabhat Institute, Hua Hin Education Campus," then renamed on 14 June 2004 to Suan Dusit Rajabhat University, Hua Hin Campus, tracking the parent institution's own renaming from Rajabhat Institute to full Rajabhat University status. In 2005 the campus was granted permission to use land belonging to Airports of Thailand (AOT) in Hua Hin to build a four-storey building as its permanent premises.
The parent institution -- now branded Suan Dusit University -- is historically known nationwide for hospitality, tourism, education and culinary/home-economics programs, and the Hua Hin campus extends that focus to Prachuap Khiri Khan's most-developed tourism town, serving both local students and the province's hospitality industry.
